A life of migration – Embracing cultural fluidity

When you grow up moving between countries, you become a part of many worlds but also a constant observer. From an early age, I learned to adapt to different social environments, absorbing the subtleties of each culture. Argentina, Venezuela, and Spain may share the same language, but their ways of life, their histories, and even their expressions of joy and hardship differ in profound ways.

This cultural fluidity has taught me to appreciate nuance—the things that aren’t immediately obvious, the layers beneath the surface. I’m interested in how seemingly simple ideas can hold deeper, often contrasting, meanings. I’m drawn to stories that live at the intersection of cultures, where different influences blend and clash, creating something entirely new.

Living in three different countries has given me the gift of connection. Each move came with its own set of challenges, but it also opened doors to understanding people from vastly different walks of life. It’s this human connection that drives my creative process. I’m fascinated by what brings us together—how, no matter where we come from, we all seek to express ourselves, to belong, to tell our stories.

As a creative director, my goal is always to build something that resonates on an emotional level. I believe the best brands, the most powerful visual narratives, are the ones that speak to our shared humanity. My immigrant experience taught me that while cultures may differ, the core of who we are—the emotions that drive us, the stories we carry—remain universal. And it’s this belief that shapes the way I approach every project.

I believe that creativity flourishes when it’s exposed to different perspectives. That’s why I’m constantly seeking out new experiences, whether through travel, art, or collaborations with people from different backgrounds. Every culture I encounter adds another layer to my creative vision, expanding my understanding of how people see the world and how I can connect with them through my work.

In a world that’s becoming increasingly global, I think it’s more important than ever to embrace cultural diversity. As a creative and art director, I’m always excited by the opportunity to work with clients and collaborators from different parts of the world and I see every project as a chance to learn, to explore new ideas, and to create something that feels both globally relevant and deeply personal.

At the end of the day, I see my role as much more than just making things beautiful. It’s about creating experiences, stories, and brands that resonate emotionally and connect with people across cultures and backgrounds. It’s about exploring the full richness of our world and using that to build something meaningful
