Finding rawness in a world where appearance rules.

I found this quote on @thegoodquote and was immediately captivated and emotionally connected.

Although there has been a boom in people showing themselves to be vulnerable, we still live in a world where, increasingly, appearances rule. There is an obsession –specially on social media– with being the one with the most likes and followers, the one who is happiest, the one with the best partner, the best house, the best outfits, the best life.

So, when I come across people who show themselves as they are, without shame, without complexes, vulnerable, raw, honest, yes... I always fall a little bit in love.
