Inspiration #1: Holly Waddington's excellence for Poor Things

Last Saturday I went to the cinema to see Yorgos Lanthimos’ Poor Things. I know, I’m kinda late, I’m definitely not a premiere girl.
I went for two reasons: first, I love Yorgos’ movies. The camera movements, strange angles and image grading are always captivating; second, Emma Stone. She’s an absolutely great actress, and I haven’t met her –sadly–, but I have a feeling that she’s also a great person to be with.

What I surely never expected was to get totally absorbed in the costume design. Those huge Victorian-like sleeves made with gorgeous fabrics and combined with 1960s garments. WOW!

Chapeau to Holly Waddington for this incredible work.
